Mukti Patel is an attorney with a solo private practice in Augusta. Her primary areas of practice include criminal defense, domestic relations, and mediations. Her husband, Devesh, is a nephrologist with Nephrology Associates, PC. They currently have one daughter at Augusta Prep (Priyanka). Their two older daughters, Maya and Reyna, are Augusta Prep alums.
The Patels joined the Prep community in 2008. They left for a few years in 2012 to give public school a try. They returned to Prep in 2015 and, "We couldn't be happier. Prep is like a second home to our family," Mukti said.

Augusta Preparatory Day School
Augusta Preparatory Day School is an independent, college preparatory school serving children ages 2 through Grade 12 from the greater Augusta-Aiken area. Augusta Prep seeks to enroll a group of diverse students. We follow an open admission policy, whereby qualified candidates are admitted without regard to religion, race, nationality, economic background, or ethnic origin.
