Four Prep seniors inducted into Cum Laude Society

Four Augusta Prep students - Marlowe Weatherred, Kian Sheridan, Priya Sharma and Sullivan Boni - were inducted into the Cum Laude Society on Monday, October 3.
Augusta Prep is one of only 11 schools in the entire state of Georgia to belong to this prestigious Cum Laude Society. The top 20 percent of the senior class, based on their cumulative grade point averages from the end of their junior year, earn induction into the Cum Laude Society. Four more Augusta Prep students will be inducted in the spring.

The honor society was formed in 1906 to foster, commend, and honor academic scholarship at the high school level. It is modeled upon our nation’s oldest and most revered university honor society, Phi Beta Kappa.
