Three Augusta Prep seniors earn Cum Laude Society honors

Augusta Prep recently celebrated its newest members of the Cum Laude Society. The honor society was formed in 1906 to foster, commend, and honor academic scholarship at the high school level. It is modeled upon our nation’s oldest and most revered university honor society, Phi Beta Kappa.

Augusta Prep is one of only 11 schools in the entire state of Georgia to belong to this prestigious organization. The top 10 percent of the senior class, based on their cumulative grade point averages from the end of their junior year, earn induction into the Cum Laude Society.
Please welcome our newest Cum Laude Society members. Standing from left to right next to Cum Laude chapter secretary and Upper School World Languages Teacher and Department Chair Franklin Kennedy are: Kathryn Geoffroy, Steven Joseph and Brianna Cianciulli.
