After School Enrichment

The After School Enrichment Program
The Augusta Prep After School Enrichment classes are weekly and offered to students at Augusta Prep or in the local commuting area.  These engaging and hands on learning experiences are offered in four 6 week sessions, once a week, typically for an hour per week.  The program currently offers classes to students in Preschool through 8th Grade taught by Augusta Prep Faculty or other instructors from the greater CSRA.  These classes are a wonderful way for students to participate in an organized and engaging after school activity.

Terms and Conditions
Augusta Preparatory Day School processes the registrations and payments for all After School Enrichment.

Late Registration Fee:
A $25.00 late fee will be applied to any registrations allowed after the end of registration date. Late registration will not be available in all cases as most classes fill and go on waiting list each session. In the event that a student registers for an event while it is in session, the fee will not be pro-rated.

Minimum Enrollment Policy:
In order for a session to be held, it must meet its minimum enrollment.  Augusta Prep reserves the right to cancel any session at any time due to a lack of registrants.  In the event of a cancellation due to low enrollment, registrants will be notified prior to the start date and a full refund will be issued in the same form in which payment was made.

Withdrawal and Refund Policy:
A full refund (minus a $25.00 non-refundable late registration fee) will be issued if withdrawal is on or before one week prior to the registration close date. NO refunds will be given after this time period and no refunds will be issued for absences.  Although it is unfortunate, some students do leave enrichment classes mid-session due to illness, injury, or other extraordianry circumstances.  We rarely will reimburse or pro-rate a refund due to a student leaving mid-session as we will have already incurred the costs for the student at the time of their arrival.  If you have any questions about this policy, please contact our Director of Extracurricular Programs, Amber Cornett at amber.cornett@augustaprep.org.

Behavior: Augusta Prep reserves the right to dismiss, without refund, any student for inappropriate or unsafe conduct.

Media Release: Augusta Prep reserves the right to use photos of videos of campers in promotional material unless a written request is received each year.
