Artists. Teachers. Scientists. IT wizards. Authors. Athletes. Champions. Scholars.

We’re all Cavaliers.

The above is an ode to our motto, "To be, rather than to seem." We understand that each student has a gift that they share with the world. We also understand what an important decision finding the educational fit for your student is to your family, and we’re here to help you in the journey. Our culture is one that you will not find anywhere else: It's one that teaches students how to think, not what to think. Our community thrives in preparing our students for an ever-changing world by teaching the skills necessary to be an adaptable, passionate, and resilient learner. And as an independent school, we’re able to offer multiple academic opportunities that simply aren’t available in many traditional schools.

Planning with a long-term vision in mind for your student leads to many triumphs – from personal growth, to after-school involvement, to SAT and ACT scores and college offers. We hope you will explore our website, although to truly experience the culture found at Augusta Prep, we invite you to visit our campus and see for yourself the passion of our teachers, the care that they take with our students, and in return the dedication of our students. All of these attributes combine to create what we believe is one of the best schools in Augusta, Ga!
