Augusta Prep Lower School students are creating holiday cards for kindergartener Manuela Tobon’s dad, Miguel Angel Tobon, and the 202nd MI battalion based out of Fort Gordon. The battalion based out of Fort Gordon was deployed in September 2009. Students in grades kindergarten through fourth each made a holiday card for Mr. Tobon’s battalion, who will be spending the holidays overseas. To make the cards extra special, the cards have been personalized for each soldier with their names and a special message.
